The company, showing a 50% annual growth rate, is planning to open a new office in Montenegro with a vision to expand into different geographies.Dara Altunyay, the CEO of The Best Invest, indicates that the interest of Turkish investors in foreign real estate investment has increased, driven by the motivation to earn rental income in foreign currency. Altunyay specifically notes the observed growth in this interest, especially in KKTC, stating that 10,000 homes were sold in KKTC last year, reaching a total real estate market value of 400 million pounds.
